Extraction Guide
Ratio: 1:12.5
Coffee: 40 g
- Grind: Coarse (similar to coarse salt).
Water: 500 g
- Temperature: 94-96 °C
Instructions:
- Pour the water into the press first.
- Add the coffee and stir to mix well.
- At 1:30 minutes, break the crust that forms on the surface and stir again.
- At 2:45 minutes, remove any floating coffee grounds with a spoon.
- At 3:30 minutes, slowly press the plunger.
Take a moment to appreciate the aromas, serve the coffee, and enjoy.
