With these filters, you will get an incredibly clean and pure cup of coffee. The filter's formulation allows for an appropriate brewing time, neither too slow nor too fast.

Extraction Guide
Pour-over
For pour-over (filter) coffee, we recommend a ratio of 1:16, meaning 1 gram of ground coffee for every 16 grams of water. This ratio promotes balanced extraction.
Coffee: 12 g
- Grind: Medium-fine (texture similar to beach sand)
Water: 200 g
- Temperature: 92-94 °C
Instructions:
- Heat the water and wet the filter completely before adding the coffee.
- Pour 50 g of water over the 12 grams of ground coffee to saturate them completely and wait 40 seconds for the bloom.
- Make 3 pours of 50 g each every 30 seconds, pouring the water in circular motions, slowly finishing in the center.
- Allow a drainage time of 45 seconds after the last pour.
