These general terms and conditions of contract apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online store, https://badi.coffee, hereinafter referred to as The Seller. For more information about The Seller and our Privacy Policy, please consult the Legal Notice hosted on this page.

Please read these Purchase Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with all the Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not place any order.

1. Activity

The Seller is dedicated to the sale, preferably online, of coffee and related items.

2. Content and information provided

The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within its means to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that an error of this type occurs at any time, which is at all times beyond the control of The Seller, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, The Seller will inform the customer of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost to them.

The Seller is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any of the information, content, statements, and expressions contained in the products marketed by The Seller. Such responsibility always rests with the manufacturers or distributors of said products. The customer understands that The Seller is merely an intermediary between them and said manufacturer or distributor.

3. Sales system

To make a purchase, the user can choose from various ways to send us their order:

4. Applicable taxes

The prices of the products displayed on The Seller's website include Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be applicable. Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.

5. Payment method

When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases by credit card; cash on delivery (only in Spain and some European Union countries), transfers, or cash. Payment by bank checks is not allowed. In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, The Seller reserves the right to request a specific payment method from a customer if the buyer's identity is not reliably verified.

6. Shipping method, costs, and delivery time

The customer can select the shipping method from those available for their shipping zone. They should take into account that delivery times, service quality, delivery point, and cost will be different for each transport method.

The Seller sends orders to its customers through carriers. The delivery date to the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping zone. Before confirming their order, the customer will be informed of shipping costs and transport times, both indicative, that apply to their specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. The courier cost includes 2 delivery attempts; if the customer is not at the delivery location for the second attempt, their order will be waiting for them at the nearest office of the courier company. In particular:

Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier and by difficulties in delivering the merchandise.
Shipping costs for the peninsula are included in the WEBSITE price. The Seller reserves the right to alter shipping costs when the requested weight varies by more/less than 15% with respect to the average weight mentioned. In the event of a price variation, The Seller will notify the customer of the variation by email and the customer may choose to cancel their order without any cost being charged to them or to The Seller.
The reception times announced on the website are always subject to the buyer placing their order before 13:00. Days and times are counted as business days.

7. Buyer's rights and return policy

The coffees for sale are seasonal coffees, personal microlots, which may not be available at certain times of the year. The Seller does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on its website, except for products for which a specific guarantee is expressly stated. The catalog shown is merely indicative as coffee growers and distributors do not communicate stock in advance or guarantee delivery times. This situation prevents The Seller from accurately informing its customers about the availability of products and from guaranteeing a specific delivery time, which, in any case, will depend on the time it takes for the manufacturer or distributor to supply the product.

The Seller guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and without any cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

8. Customer obligations

The customer of The Seller undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the user registration or order placement forms, and to keep them updated at all times.

The customer undertakes to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by The Seller.

Likewise, they undertake to keep their personal access keys to our website confidential and with the utmost diligence.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours of goods for each transport agency. In case of non-compliance by the customer with this obligation, The Seller will have no responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the order requested by the customer.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

Sales made with The Seller are subject to the laws of Spain.
In case of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction will be the courts of the seller's domicile.
